I have reTerminal bought by end of 2022 and while using the default system (graphical one, I believe variation of Ubuntu) I attempted to use it mostly as lightweight computer with plans to transform it later to home hub.
However, looks like it either no longer powers on, or its screen is malfunctioning (LED seems to be on, but the screen is off).
Where can I find some debugging tutorial or help page? Does it include any support allowing me to send the device to them and make it resolved?
Really hoping to put Home Assistant on that little device and then maybe extend it further.
