I downloaded the Debian image from the link, but failed again.
Anyway, I resolved this issue by downloading the image from Google Drive (<LINK_TEXT text=“https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yqH4nj … 2szro/view”>https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yqH4njJG1LTMSSnVT1XlU6wNkUe2szro/view</LINK_TEXT>).
