Connecting webcam to PC.

Hello,
I’d like to connect my IP webcam to MiFi then from MiFi to GPRS and from GPRS to PC, and according to this connection, I wanted to ask a couple of questions:

  1. How can I connect my WNR1011 (http(:)//www(.)prolink2u(.)com/new/products/index.php?cid=339) MiFi to my GPRS (http(:)//www(.)seeedstudio(.)com/depot/GPRS-Shield-p-779.html) ??.
  2. How can I connect my GPRS to the PC ?!!.
  3. Is there something missing in my connection like a board with some ram or such ?!!!.
