I have one point I want to throw in here regarding the XIAO nrf54L15. It has an antenna switch (FM8625H) which has to be powered if you want a good HF signal. According to the datasheet, the FM8625H needs about 100µA supply current. Which of course is huge! And somehow ruins the low current requirements of the nRF54L15. So IMHO the nRF54L15 is a very good choice for lowest power applications, but not the XIAO nRF54L15. I really don’t understand why the XIAO has the antenna switch, it would be much better if there were two versions, one with chip antenna and another one with external antenna and no HF switch!
