Com port problems Starter Kit

Just received Starter Kit and installed 2102 com port driver for Starter kit.

Installed as com port 27 on Windows 10 acer laptop.

version 1.8.12 Arduino ide shows comport 27 and is set up for Uno board.

Sketches fail to upload with this message

Problem upload to board

Search for Grove and Seeed doesn’t show any Starter Kit library.

Demo program is running correctly.

I think the board is not resetting on upload and there is no reset switch?

Any ideas on what is wrong or what other software or drivers I need?

Do you have a screenshot of the computer device Manager?

Device manager show it enumerating as port 27

Down loaded three times and installed driver and it finally came up as com port 3 which is now working .
