chipKIT UNO32 with NFC Shield V2.0 (SKU: 113030001)

Subject : chipKIT UNO32 with NFC Shield V2.0 (SKU: 113030001)
I am using the Example #1: NFC Tag Scan from the wiki ( seeedstudio.com/wiki/NFC_Shield_V2.0 )
It works fine with the Arduino UNO. Then I change the IDE to MPIDE and the board to chipKIT UNO32.
Then following message occurs:

NDEF Reader
Didn’t find PN53x board

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. There could be two possibilities - library incompatibilities or jumper setting.

There are few jumpers in ChipKIT UNO32 that affects SPI functionality. Could you please check if the Jumpers in ChipKIT UNO32 are set for SPI operations ?
