Fusion service offers various thickness options. I was wondering if there are seperte DRU files for each thickness. I would like to set my trace impedences, hence it is important for me to know whether the dielectric thickness between the first and second layers change if I opt for a different PCB thickness.

hmm, i see. So far we don’t have the complete DRU for all the PCB thickness. But now, since you ask, we will try to collect such information.
Before, normally our customer will tell us specifically what they want for each thickness and then we will make the board as they require.
You can send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will send the DRU to you if we have one.
