When I power the Capacitance Meter (SKU TOL104C3M) the LED display shows “3.010” flashing at about 1 Hz. There is a mention of this in the ratings and reviews for the product ( seeedstudio.com/depot/capaci … ?cPath=174 ) but no indication of what was wrong. Is this a known issue and is there a solution?

Answered my own question. For anyone else having this problem, my issue was a failing power supply. I saw periodic dips on the supply line - as low as 3V, causing the microcontroller to reset.
The “3.010” is apparently displayed at startup. The supply couldn’t keep up, causing the meter to continuously restart and display the message.
