CAN Shield send from Uno voltage inputs

I have a Arduino uno and have connected 0-5v signals on the board. I would like to take that input and retransmit that value on the a CAN bus. I have a shield and can not find any code or explanation to understand how to translate it.

Is someone interested in making a sketch that would do it or is there a place that has it done.

Can you describe it in detail, for example, which shield do you use? What modules are used in your project?
