Can I use WM1302 module connected to an RPi as end device?

Using this tutorial, I’ve made my own gateway concentrator, with an RPi 4 on 64 bytes arhitecture and WM1302 LoRaWAN module ( USB version ).
I want to know if I can make an end device using same setup…
