I want to do my first “Fusion PCB Service - 2 layers” order, I use Fritzing (version 0.7.12 / b6882 2013-02-13) and this program can export files in Gerber format, this files are ok?
My project called “BRAIN-01-R1” and produces the following files:
BRAIN-01-R1_contour.gm1
BRAIN-01-R1_copperBottom.gbl
BRAIN-01-R1_copperTop.gtl
BRAIN-01-R1_drill.txt
BRAIN-01-R1_maskBottom.gbs
BRAIN-01-R1_maskTop.gts
BRAIN-01-R1_pasteMaskTop.gtp
BRAIN-01-R1_pnp.txt
BRAIN-01-R1_silkTop.gto
I checked the files with Gerbv (version 2.6.0) and it seem to be ok.
In your requeriments says:
The following layers are needed:
•Top Layer: pcbname.GTL
•Bottom Layer: pcbname.GBL
•Solder Mask Top: pcbname.GTS
•Solder Mask Bottom: pcbname.GBS
•Silk Top: pcbname.GTO
•Silk Bottom: pcbname.GBO
•Drill Drawing: pcbname.TXT
Note:
•Board outline must be included at least in one layer.
•The Gerber file must be RS-274x format.
I can rename my files to meet your requeriments,something like:
BRAIN-01-R1.gm1
BRAIN-01-R1.gbl
BRAIN-01-R1.gtl
BRAIN-01-R1.txt
BRAIN-01-R1.gbs
BRAIN-01-R1.gts
BRAIN-01-R1.gtp
BRAIN-01-R1.gto
this is enough for you?
I understood that the files are in RS-724x format because I can open my files with Gerbv, but the Board outline is in the “BRAIN-01-R1_contour.gm1” file, is this a problem?
If I don’t need silk bottom, and I don’t have the file of this layer, what I must to do?
It seems that the file “BRAIN-01-R1_pnp.txt” is not usefull for you,I don’t send this file,right?
