CAN-BUS Shield V1.2 - can-bus baud rate vs serial baud rate?

Hi,

I’m connecting to a CAN-BUS with 100Kbps.
What should my baud rate be set for my Serial?
is 9600 sufficient or I should use higher 115200 (since 100Kbps is 100000bps)?

Or would that depend on how much and how often data is send on CAN-BUS?

I’m using the shield to receive (with mask and filter) steering wheel control button press from vehicle (on Audi Infotainment BUS).

Hi, You can set your Serial to any baud rate, it’s no a problem.
