Can Bus Shield 12c connector...which cable to use?

I have the seedstudio CAN BUS shield. There are two white connectors on the top, one marked Serial and the other marked I2C. I have been trying to find a cable that fits these two connectors but without any luck. Can someone kindly point me to the proper name of this cable (other end of cable can be simply 4 wires)? Or better yet, give me the URL of what I need? Thank you for your help.

You can use 4 pin Male Jumper to Grove 4 pin Conversion Cable (5 PCs per Pack).
