Bluetooth module is not detected by android phone and it is detected by nokia phones and laptops. I want to know what is the issue in Bluetooth shield???

As you said nokia phones is work. It means the module is work.
So might be you should consider about your code.
Is it any master or slave mode wrong or name not correct?
Try to pair them first.
Notice on the baud rate.
Because it is work with Bluetooth 2.0. So if the phone not support also can happen like this.

You even tell me what board do you use with?Arduino Uno?Seeeduino?Or Mega 2560?
The jumper is it pin 6 ,7? I even know how you use with them.
Did you see that in the code has a name you should change to your phone name.
Mostly you can’t find the module is the name is wrong.
And you need to upload slave mode to your board.
This WIKI tell you how to change the baud rate.
