Bluetooth Bee handshake lines

Hello,

I connected the bluetooth bee to my rainbowduino an d would like to use it to program the rainbowduino remotely. Issue is that the RTS handshake line of the bluetoothbee does not seem to do anything. Is that correct or do I make a mistake?

Yes, the RTS doesn’t work. It is impossible to use Bluetooth Bee to implement wirlessly programming.

Thanks, do you have any idea why not? The Bluecore 4 does support handshaking by hardware. Is it deliberately disabled in the firmware? And why?
