Bluetooth Bee 3.3V on an Arduino Uno

Hi,

I have an Arduino Uno and bought the seeedstudio Xbee shield (garden.seeedstudio.com/index.php … etooth_Bee).
The shield wiki says:

A Bee module is connected to Arduino / Seeeduino via the XBee Shield. In case of a Seeeduino, set the operating voltage switch to 3.3V position.

The Bee wiki says:

While using with Seeeduino / Arduino, set the operation voltage to 3.3V. Else use a proper logic level converter.

I’m confused, I cannot just plug everything in? Will I fry my Bluetooth Bee when I run the Arduino?

Ok, very unclear in the xbee shield wiki, but it has a level converter build in. You can see it on the Eagle drawing:

So just plug everything together and it works.
