@mattmagic - Had a brief look at this and decided against spending too much time on it…
If I add the bootloader source to the build, it fails with duplicates. That leads me to think the bootloader is in the gsdk.a library (and hence the headers?).
Perhaps raise an issue against the repository with a feature request label and see if you have any luck there?
