Black Silk Screen for Fusion like in Propagate?

Hi

I see that Propagate offers Black silk screen, but Fusion does not. Is there any way to get black silk screen in Fusion?

Also, is it possible for me to provide a placeholder on the board for where the manufacturer id silkscreen should go? I would like it covered up by a large part, if possible, rather than on the bottom.
