I am really pissed at your store. Your delivery said 6-7 days and it has been 9 business days or (11 for USPS since they work on weekends). You have lost my business and I will make sure others know.

My suggestions are:

  1. Get a better priced, quicker, and competitive courier service.
  2. Fix your spelling mistake. It’s complaints, not complains.

Cool down. There is little control on overseas shipment. Next time buy local if you really want it fast and cheap.
