Dear Experts,
I’m fairly new to PCB design and Seeed PCB service. I have a rookie question. How do you put down Au plated pads in PCB design (e.g. Eagle) for Seeed fabrication? Or, how to indicate which pads are for SMD soldering and which pads are for just Au plating (that can be used for wirebond etc.)? Thank you very much for your help!
