Well, I feel like an idiot.
Recently got a bluetooth shield for the arduino uno and for the life of me can’t figure out how to attach it. It just seems to sit loosely on top of the arduino. I ordered it through amazon and it didn’t seem to come with any docs.

Also, how do I know that the shield is functioning, as in, I don’t see any lights flash on it like the arduino when a sketch is uploaded. I’ll assume these two lights should be on:

Any pics, schematics, would be very helpful. At the moment it would seem as though a few connections need to be made for anything to be powered up but all the docs make it seem like it’s just plug-n-play
I guess the more important question is, are these boards suppose to be pre-assembled? Mine isn’t which could be the issue here
