Are there Fusion support team?

Hi Fusion support team,

I received shipping notification of my order about a week ago.
But I’ve not received any parcel until now.
The FedEx tracking system shows it’s pending state.

I already sent inquiries to order@seeed.cc, support@seeed.cc, and fusion@seeed.cc since last friday. But I received no response except automatic confirmation mails.

Are there Fusion support team?
Are you working today?
Is the no response due to the Hong Kong’s COVID emergency situations?
