I received shipping notification of my order about a week ago.
But I’ve not received any parcel until now.
The FedEx tracking system shows it’s pending state.
I already sent inquiries to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] since last friday. But I received no response except automatic confirmation mails.

Is the no response due to the Hong Kong’s COVID emergency situations?
