Arduino & NFC & BT 4.0 LE

I’d like to do a prototype where I use an Arduino Uno R3, the NFC 2.0 Shield and the Bluetooth 4.0 LE Shield in one unit. Has anyone done this and are there any port conflicts?

Next, is there a way I could get all of these on one board rather than stacking the shields? The RFduino combines the BT 4.0 LE and an Arduino, maybe a similar one could have NFC as well?

Finally, are there any small battery pack options for the Uno? I didn’t see any specific to the Uno on the Seeed Studio store.
