With minimal modification you could make your work easyar.
You have to desolder any jumper to VCC pin and connect it to ESP module Reset pin.
Any USB-TTL adapter with DTR and RTS signals can be used.
So, no more manual manipulation with IO0/Reset button needed.
DO NOT try to use Adapter Vout to power the board. You need separate
power adapter with at least 500 mA capability.
