When configuring a Sensor-Hub-4G datalogger, we inadvertently filled in the APN username which our service provider does not recognise and requested it to be blank.
On trying to remedy including “clearing data” we have been unable to remove the APN username with the software tool, insisting that we have something filled in this space.
On simply removing the APN username & pressing “write” it simply pops back up which makes no sense.
How can i fix this issue so that the APN Username remains blank.
