Anyone have an STL file for the XIAO?

I’m looking to design some packaging for a Seeed XIAO BLE sense. I don’t have a scanner, are solid modeling drawings available? STL preferred, but I can convert between other common CAD file.

EasyEDA has some user-contributed 3D models for the XIAO BLE 52840. Do not know how to extract them.
