Does anyone know why the wiki for the Seeeduino ADK Main Board states that “Do not connect external DC power-supply while Seeeduino ADK Main Board is connected to PC”? This isn’t a limitation of the original board, and will be an issue for developers using shields that require extra power. From the original ADK specs: “The Arduino ADK can be powered via the USB connection or with an external power supply. The power source is selected automatically.”
We are sorry for the confusing, you can connect extern power with PC USB pluged.
