Adding Z-Wave Support to reComputer R1035-10 via Mini-PCIe

Hi everyone,
I’m looking the reComputer R1035-10, which unfortunately doesn’t natively support Z-Wave. However, I noticed that the device has a Mini-PCIe slot, and I’ve seen Mini-PCIe Z-Wave adapters available on the market.

Before I proceed, I have a few questions:

  1. Has anyone successfully added Z-Wave support to this specific device using a Mini-PCIe adapter?
  2. Are there any compatibility considerations I should be aware of (e.g., drivers, firmware, or OS support)?
  3. If you’ve done this, are there any specific Mini-PCIe Z-Wave adapters you recommend?
