Adding Qi to nRf5280

Wanting to add wireless charging receiver to project. Scared of ruining the board by putting it in the wrong place. Battery obviously is linked to battery pads, but where do I connect the receiver? Someone said the “USB-C connector” on the board, but I am worried about connecting to wrong place and ruining the board (I know they are cheap, but I don’t want to if I can just ask). Thanks in advance for help.

Hi there,
It’s a fair question, You can use something like this device:

FYI, You be powering the Xiao with the USB-C connection and recharging the Battery connected to the battery pads I would surmise? If so very inefficient , Try a power bank with a solar panel instead.

It’s a small wearable device. I have this that I was going to use: Amazon.com
The device will be enclosed in a case. Was hoping to not have any large external openings on the case.

Hi there,
Yes I have seen those and I think I even have one, “300ma” may not be enough or large’ish input capacitor for the Xiao Startup Gulp or power.
Some testing and power profiler would be required.
