Access reTerminal DM via SSH not working

I have a brand new reTerminal DM.
No software changes have been made.
SSH access as described in the WIKI does not work.

I also tried to log in via USB-C/serial, unfortunately without success.

Can someone please help me what I’m doing wrong?
I tried with macOS and Linux/ubuntu, same results.

Is your reTerminal DM on the same network as your host?
You can use ping raspberrypi.local to check
