About USB behavior when rebooting reTerminal

I am using reTerminal.

I have two QR readers connected to the USB ports.

Sometimes the USB operation becomes unstable, so I restart the OS. I expect the USB device to power cycle again on reboot.

However, even after restarting the OS, the power supply of the USB

device may continue.
If I reboot as a reTerminal behavior, is the USB reboot guaranteed?

Hello, when this reTerminal is restarted, USB will stop power supply for a period of time. The instability of your USB QR device may be caused by insufficient power supply
