Absolutely,
I have sent countless (at least 5 emails) to various email accounts on their website, some bounced, no one replied. I purchased the product, and realised its not very good for my intended purpose, and yet the only offer is to join this forum - for what? No support? This company sux and ill be keen to avoid and share my dislike if ever i get the chance to. Pure waste of money and crap company to go with it!
