2 Channel CAN BUS FD Shield for Raspberry Pi compatibility with Matlab/Simulink

Hi,
I want to establish a serial communication between raspi and external hardware via CAN and other bus protocols. Therefore i want to use the 2 Channel CAN BUS FD Shield for Raspberry Pi.

My Questions:
Is this HAT compatible with the matlab/simulink support package for raspberry pi?
Which Pins can i still use for other busses when this HAT is mounted?

@F_Hackm - did you ever come up with a dual CAN Bus solution for integrating with the Pi? I’m interested in something similar.
