Hi
Today I received the “2.8 TFT Touch Shield”. Tested right a way
the test program without any problems. Then I started do draw some
rectangles and suddenly the display just shows a white screen. Even
when I do upload the first sketch it still stays white…
Is the touchscreen already dead?

We are sorry for the problem.
Please power off it for 10 minutes, and test again.
And measure the Module voltage as the picture shows, it should be 3.3v.

Thx I measured the Voltage and it is 3.0v

it should be work in the 3.3v, Did you test after 10 minutes power off?

yes I tested it after 3 days! So this should be enough time…
