2.8" TFT Screen Voltage?

I’m planning on using the Seeedstudio 2.8" TFT Touch Shield V2 in a small handheld project.
The only problem is that I want to power everything using a 3.7 V battery, regulated to 3.3 V.

On the TFT Wiki page, it lists the input voltage as 4.5 - 5 V, so initially I thought I was out of luck.
However, I looked at the schematic for the V1 of the shield, and saw that the shield has a MIC5025 LDO regulator, which powers the actual LCD with 3.3 V. The MIC5025 should, in theory, be able to be powered by 3.3 V.

By comparison, the similar Adafruit 2.8" TFT screen has a similar LDO, the LP298X, and is set up to allow an input voltage of 3.3 OR 5 V.

So, my question is, if I power the Seeedstdio TFT V2 with regulated 3.3 V, will it work?

i need modify some words. you can use TFT shield with a 3.7 battery , but 3.3v can’t supprot enough voltage.
