125KHz RFID tag reader

Hi there, I would like to know if this RFID tag reader can also read 125KHz glass tags (of about 1cm length), as sold elsewhere.

I am talking about this Grove 125KHz RFID reader and these tags: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9416 (or similar ones that are available on e.g. aliexpress.com). Thanks

In the specification it can upto sensing Distance maximum of 70mm, but like @Baozhu said we need to test it on practically to get the actually distance.
