no wash instructions. any experience on type of wash suggested number of times or life expectancy?

Handwash with water and mild detergent powder.
it should work fine… i mean it is stainless steel… but like everything the less wear and tare the better overall…

Have you seen this video , The wristBand turns out to be the show stealer in tech in my opinion, its a clue a good one EMG is cool and materials that can detect those levels can do amazing stuff .
