I am looking for a light sensor that can detect a flash of an LED spot light from approx. 15 meters. Any suggestions. It will be used to detect a yellow caution light at an auto racing track.

The top bulbs are filament bulbs. The ones to be detected are the amber colored LED bulbs below

It is diffcult to detect the amber colored LED bulbs at a distance of 15 meters.
