How do I add numbers in the contact list?

I’m not sure how to add numbers in the contact list. Could somebody help?

In the instruction book that came with the Rephone kit, on page 28 there are instructions. In Mass Storage Mode, edit the file address_book.txt. The format is James,1234567890
