sir i have a little board which has a one chip DDR3 ram connected to a tqfp A13 processor the problem in the traces comming out of the DDR3 ram bga is 5mil width and clearance from the BGA pads is also 5mil.
so can i have this board made from you , if it contains a very very little area only for one small BGA, where this minimum trace width is 5mil and minimum clearance is also 5mil.
