ERC Check - Stop mask error

On my PCB I have plenty errors of type ‘Stop Mask’. It looks to me like this is where the top silkscreen goes across a solder pad where there is no soldermask. See attached picture.

I don’t really care for this and would like not to fix all occurrences (often needs fixing a library part). If there is some silkscreen in the wrong place I prefer to live with it.

Is that a problem for manufacturing ?

That wouldn’t be a problem for the board house Seeed is using. I plastered one entire side of a pcb with silk screen and the board house cleaned that up so the pcb didn’t get any silk on the copper and if I remember correctly no silk directly on the board substrate either.
