Edge castellation pads

Can you manufacture PCB with edge castellation pads (see enclosed picture for example)?
If yes, how should I prepare documentation for that? I mean, I can’t place half-hole pad in Protel 99se, or can I?

We can do the Edge castellation pads with extra pay, but you need to make sure the gerber files are right.
