I do automotive electronics, and I am always looking for neat display units to interface to my products. DSO nano would be an easy sell for me if ontop of the DSO functionality it also had a serial port available so that I could write a custom firmware to communicate with many serial port based automotive devices.
You can use a 3.5mm stereo connector for the RS232 and still keep the unit compact.
I have no idea if this is useful for anything outside of my field, but perhaps you guys could use the RS232 for addon stuff like logic analyzer or waveform generator.
