Can the WIFI 2.0 Bee be used with the Wireless Sensor Node stuff to create a wireless node that can send sensor data through the WIFI connection?

yes, you can. But we don’t make a demo for this bee. If you wanna use it as a router, you can refer to the libraries of Wifi shield : seeedstudio.com/wiki/Wifi_Shield_V1.1
