XBee association

Hello.

I bought 2 “XBee Pro series2 RF module”. I’m trying to get them associated, but no way:

• I downloaded X-CTU and upgraded the firmware with XBP24-ZB, one with COORDINATOR AT and the other
  with ROUTER AT
• I set the PAN ID on both with 1234
• I set the NI on both

but the router does not associate. Every time I type ATAI for debugging I get 0x21 error.
Do you have any suggestion to get them working?

OK, I solved it.

Don’t trust X-CTU if it says that there aren’t new firmwares…I downloaded them manually from DIGI site and added to X-CTU. Then, with latest version, it worked!
