Is it possible to use Python (On Win10) to send the current temperature measured (using Grove - I2C High Accuracy Temperature Sensor(MCP9808)) to Grove - 16x2 LCD Series?
If so, can you please provide a simple example.

srroy , we cannot use Temperature Sensor and 16x2 LCD on windows 10. Because , windows 10 do not have pin that connect Temperature Sensor and 16x2 LCD
