I have an Ubuntu OS (aka PopOS!). I can’t configure PlatformIO until the OS recognizes the device. It doesn’t show up using “lsusb” and neither does it show up under /dev/ttyUSB0. I added the udev rules as suggested and restarted udev but nothing happens.
Also, when I plug the device in the RGB led blinks different colors and the display is a solid white.
Any thoughts what is wrong?

Hi,
It looks like your USB interface have problems, can you check with connecting PenDrive and try lsusb.
