It will compile without the Arduino LOW Power LIB… so issues with compatibility IMO.

Also I see that only certain Power groups of the Xiao Nrf52 series can be used as RTC gpio to wake with so also needs to be a specific RTC pin that is powered still by the Low power group. check your samd21 part for the same thing.
