PLease help with wireless transmit receive

I have attached a diagram of my transmitter / receiver. I dont know what is wrong with the setup although I am extremely new to setting up one of these. Any help in correcting my problem would be appreciated.

You might forget to choose the pins corresponding with remote relays you want to control.So from the picture we see , you should choose the pin 2 to control relay labled 2 in the picture.
