We are using the 317990687 (LoRa E5 module) in one of our projects, along with antenna part number 211140-0100 (ISM 868/915MHz, 100mm cable, flexible antenna) for LoRaWAN communication. However, the data is only being transmitted over a distance of 200 meters. Could you please let us know the reason for this? Is there an issue with the antenna? If so, could you suggest a suitable antenna or another method to cover longer distances?

If you optimize the antenna for wavelength/2, transmit power, and spreading factor, you should be able to increase the communication distance even more.
